Travelexic serves everything from boutique MICE operators managing 5 trips a year to large operators running 200+ events. Pricing depends on your volume, team size, modules needed, and level of support. A flat-rate price would either overcharge small teams or underserve large ones.
There is a one-time onboarding fee for data migration, configuration, and team training. This is scoped during the sales call based on the complexity of your current setup.
Yes. Most clients start with Sales Tools or App Tools and add modules within 3–6 months as they see value. We do not lock you into unused modules.
Most clients are on annual contracts. Monthly plans are available for teams that want to trial the platform before committing. Ask about our 60-day pilot programme.
